Soroptimist Development Retreat will be a live event August 19th and 20th.

Join the Sierra Nevada Region Leadership Team where Cultivating Sustainability – Dreams Grow When You Do Garden themed SDR is back! We want our SNR Members to grow and learn more about Soroptimist, our clubs and  ourselves during this weekend of workshops and interactive activities…all in an atmosphere of friendship and fun!

Beginning on Saturday, August 19^th at 12 noon, we will start the day with lunch and a kick-off to what is to be a planning retreat to remember. Following lunch, you will have the opportunity to attend one of four amazing workshops to help both members and club officers. These workshops will be followed by two more sets of workshops. Then on Saturday evening at dinner you will have the opportunity to hear about Soroptimist successes and upcoming Soroptimist events.

On Sunday morning, breakfast will be on your own, with workshops starting at 9am, and you won’t want to miss our famous Marketplace available for all attendees. After the second set of workshops on Sunday morning, we will end our weekend with a Garden Party Brunch.

Don’t put your Soropt-wear too far away; wear it if you have it. We hope that you’ll leave with all the tools and resources you need to assist you as an individual, a Soroptimist, and a new club officer before we head back home by 2pm.

We’ll be honoring our 1st Time Attendees so please check this box on your registration if it applies so we can plan little gifts accordingly. Early bird registration ends July 8, 2023. Remember the early bird gets into the Early Bird drawing to be held on Saturday, August 19^th!
